What we collect
Account data: your name, email address and Google account identifier. Organization data: its name, members and roles, projects, API keys (stored as hashes), plans, invoices and invoice details such as company name, address and tax ID. Usage records: for each call, the organization, project, key, model, units, duration and status. Invoices are paid by bank transfer: we collect no card data.
What we do not keep
Documents and sketches you send to the API are processed in memory only and not stored. We do not keep the fields or drawings we return, and we do not use your documents to train models.
Why we use it
To run your account, bill your organization, send invitations, invoices and service notices, keep the service secure, and answer support requests.
Who else processes it
Cloudflare (hosting, database, email delivery), Google (sign-in), and AI inference providers that process documents in memory under contract and do not train on them.
Where
Requests are handled on Cloudflare’s global network; account and usage data is stored in the Asia-Pacific region. Where data leaves Japan we take the measures APPI requires.
Your rights (APPI)
Under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information you can ask us to disclose, correct, stop using or delete your personal information. Write to contact@montek.io for any of these requests.
